Every day we progress to being a more environmentally friendly office and a way we have done this is by going paperless with our patient forms.

Firstly, when you become a new patient, we send all of your forms digitally for you to fill out before you set foot in our practice. If you prefer to fill them out in the office, we provide on an iPad and our expertise with any questions you may have.
